Section 21
According to the agreement with the foreign government or organization
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, the public construction work in accordance with the grant or loan assistance agreement between the Government of Nepal and foreign governments or organizations owned by foreign governments or international organizations shall be as written in the said agreement.
